It usually takes 72 hours (3 days) for pay events to be accepted by the ATO. If the pay event has been submitted for more than 3 days from the submission date and the status of the finalisation event has not changed, I'd recommend checking in with our Customer Care Team directly to further check the pay event ID. That way one of our support care agents can check your account in a secure form.

 

To check the status of the pay event:

 

  1. Click on the Employees tab.
  2. Click on Reports, and select Single Touch Payroll.
  3. Select the Financial year and Pay schedule.
