How do you change location of the company. We are in Botswana but Quickbooks treat us as if we are in South Africa? We are unable to add an accountant in Botswana

There’s a great possibility that you’ve choose South Africa as the country or region of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Thus, you’re unable to add an accountant to Botswana.
To get around this, you’ll want to cancel your account and resubscribe again. Ensure to select Botswana as your country when signing up for your new QBO account. Let me guide you how to cancel your account.
- Go to the Gear icon and select Company Settings.
- Select the Billing and subscription tab.
- In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
- Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
- Follow the next steps and select Submit and cancel subscription.
- Click Got it.
