Getting Started

I appreciate the time and effort you've put in with our customer service representatives. Regarding the missed callbacks, I will personally share your feedback with our Customer Support Team. We'll be able to take steps to improve our customer service.

 

In this case, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team once more. I know you've already contacted our support, but this is the best way for them to look into what's causing this problem. Simply provide the case number to the phone representative so that they can review the case. Here's how it's done: 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Help.
  3. Choose the Search tab and then click on Contact Us.
  4. Put in a brief description of your concern, and then hit Let's talk.
  5. Select Callback from the option.
  6. Enter your contact information and click Get a call.

 

Please ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available. This way, you can contact them at a time that is convenient for you.
