Getting Started
Hi there, Stellar Corp.
Allow me to share some information on why recurring transactions stop working in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- The recurring template isn't set to schedule.
- The credit card associated with the recurring transaction may have expired.
- There's a problem with the recurring template.
To fix this, let's make sure the recurring template is set to schedule and has not reached its End date. Also, we can delete and create a new template.
Here's how to delete it:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Recurring Transactions.
- Locate the template that stops working.
- In the Action column, click the dropdown and hit Delete.
To create a new template:
- Go back to the recurring template window.
- Click New.
- Enter the details of your template.
- Select Save and Close.
