Getting Started

Welcome to the Community, @Ashoni. I've got here the steps to help you get rid of the error so you'll be able to open your QuickBooks seamlessly.

Encountering problems when opening your QuickBooks program is sometimes caused by a webpage issue. The initial fix when seeing a script error is to continuously click the Yes button until it's gone.

Another solution is to ensure that your default browser is Internet Explorer. Once confirmed, let's now add QuickBooks as a trusted site to prevent getting errors while working:

  1. Open the Internet Explorer and click the  Command menu.
  2. Next, select Tools.
  3. Then, click Trusted Sites, and click on Sites.
  4. From the Add this website to the zone field, enter "https://*.intuit.com" and select Add. Repeat this step for both "https://*.intuit.net" and "https://*.quickbooks.com." When done, click Close.
  5. In the Trusted sites window, uncheck Require server verification.
  6. Close the Trusted sites window, and uncheck Enable Protected Mode.
  7. Close the browser.

After configuring your browser's setting, the next step is to add QuickBooks files and services in AV and firewall exemptions. For the detailed steps, please proceed to the Create Windows firewall exceptions for QuickBooks programs of this article: Set up firewall and security settings for QuickBooks Desktop.

Once done, open your QuickBooks Pro 2016 again and check if you still see the error.

Also, I've noticed that the screenshot you're trying to attach is not uploaded successfully. No worries, because you can easily add it again by editing your previous post or click the Reply button to attach it if you have a follow-up response.

Let me know how this goes and please add a comment for any updates about this script error. I'm always around to assist you once more. Have a good one.
