Since you're not seeing the requested information, you'll need to contact our QuickBooks Support Team. Your concern will need someone to check your account to review billing disputes from February.
They can verify sensitive information in a secure space and guide you further on how you can process the refund. You can reach out to them directly within your QuickBooks account.
Here's how:
- Click the Help option in the upper-right corner.
- Go to the Search tab.
- Select Contact Us.
