If you already have a QBOA account, you can access our training and certification courses by going to the ProAdvisor tab. If you're unable to see the option, I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Accountant Support. They can show you how to access the information via screen sharing.
Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
- Go to Help (?).
- Click Contact Us, and give us a short description of your concern.
- Select Continue.
- Choose a way to connect either Start a chat or Call us on the phone number listed.
Chat support is available from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and phone support is available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday until Friday.
