Thanks for the post. It's easy to renew your QuickBooks Online subscription. Let me assist you!
You can follow these simple steps:
- Click the Gear icon and select Your Account or Account and settings.
- From the Billing & Subscription tab, click Subscribe or Renew.
- Follow the on-screen steps.

If you still want to talk to our Support Team, you can reach out to them by following these steps:
- Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
- When asked by the bot, enter "Subscription Renewal".
- Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
- Choose Chat or Start a chat.
Please note that they are available M-F, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
