You'll have to make sure that you add the tracking no. to your invoice. Let me guide you how.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select the Custom Form Styles.
- Click New style, then select Invoice.
- Select the Content, then click the Header.
- Under the Display section.
- Tick the box beside the Shipping.
- Hit Done.
