To begin, the QuickBooks Simple Start plan does not include built-in training courses. However, you can access our Getting Started guide to help you familiarize yourself with and learn how to use the program.
Alternatively, if you wish to undergo proper training or obtain certification, you can create a QuickBooks Online Accountant account to access training resources, which provide training and certification courses through the ProAdvisor Program.
