Getting Started
We can perform some troubleshooting to successfully access the ProAdvisor training courses, Sharon.
First, consider signing in to QuickBooks Online Accountant using a different web browser. If you can start a training course or exam in that browser, continue using it, as your original browser may not be compatible with our training systems.
You can also temporarily turn off the pop-up blocker of your web browser to see if that resolves the issue as it may block training courses and exams. Here are the links to guide you in disabling pop-ups for your specific browser:
Alternatively, you can refer to the Solutions 3, 4, and 5 in this article to add the training webpage as a trusted site, to clear your browser's cache, or to ensure that you have the latest version of Java: Fix issues when starting Accountant and certification training.
