Getting Started
Migrating your client's data from QuickBooks Desktop to our accountant's online portal is our top priority, @gary-gsassociate.
We are currently experiencing downtime in our system. Please know our engineering and operations teams are working hard to get everything up and running.
While waiting for the browser's updates, let's perform primary troubleshooting steps. To start, access a private browser or incognito. This browser won't save your browsing history, cookies, and site data.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
- Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)
- Command + Shift + N (Safari)
If that works, I'd suggest to go back to your default browser and initiate a clear cache to fix the unusual behavior. Here’s an article to help with the process: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Using another compatible browser is a good alternative too.
I'll share these helpful links in converting your Desktop data to Online:
- Move your QuickBooks Desktop file to QuickBooks Online.
- Import and export data in QuickBooks Desktop.
- What to expect when you switch from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.
Thanks for your understanding and patience. I will also get back into this thread once I get an update.
