Getting Started

Let me take care of this so you can quickly access your training courses without further interruptions, Franz.

 

QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) displays that message because the training content is only accessible when the default language in your company settings matches the language of the training module. To resolve this, let's update your account Language settings accordingly.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QBOA account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon at the top right corner and select Company settings.
  3. From the menu on the left, click on Company.
  4. In the Language section, click on the pencil icon to edit.
  5. Select either Spanish or Italian from the menu to access your certification training.
  6. Click Save and then click Done.
