You can go to the Manage users window to delete or remove an accountant, Jackie2. I'll walk you through the steps on how to delete or remove an accountant in QuickBooks Online.
First, ensure you are logged in as the primary admin to have the necessary permissions to modify the user list.
Then, follow these steps on how to remove an accountant:
- Go to the Gear or Settings ⚙ icon and select Manage users.
- Proceed to the Accountants tab.
- Look for the name of the accountant, then select Delete under the Action column.
- Click Delete again from the pop-up window to confirm.
