Getting Started
Hi Tlheah.
I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've performed to be able to see the Trade Registration Number in the Account and Settings. Let me share some information on how to resolve this.
You'll want to make sure that you log in to the correct QuickBooks account. Also, we can turn on the Company registration number (CRN) field on your invoice template. This way, the CRN will show when printing or sending an invoice to your customers. Let me show you how:
- Go to the Gear icon on the top menu.
- Choose Custom Form Styles.
- Tick Edit on your invoice template.
- Select Content.
- Tap the Header part on the sample invoice.
- Hit the Company registration number link and place a checkmark on it. Then, enter the details in the field.
- Click Done.
For more details about this one, see this article: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in the QuickBooks Online. This also provides details on how you can personalise your sales forms and add information to your business brand in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If you are using the right account, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team. This will allow you to have a screen-sharing session with them to investigate your query further and come up with a solution. To reach them, follow this article: How and when can I contact Support?
I'll share these resources that provide an overview of your sales transaction and instructions on how to record payments in QuickBooks:
