Getting Started
There are a few reasons why it takes time to receive a code, Anoop. I’m here to help so you can access your company without delay.
Sometimes, poor area reception and network maintenance may cause delays when receiving a one-time password (OTP). Please ensure your internet connection is stable to get the code on time.
Since the email option isn’t available for sending OTPs, you may consider setting up an authenticator app to get verified.
Here’s how:
- Turn on the two-step verification
- Download an authenticator app from the iOS App Store or Google Play.
- Within your QuickBooks company, select your Profile.
- Click Manage Intuit Account, then go to the Sign in & security menu.
- Select Authenticator.
- Click Set up authenticator app.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete.
