Hello there, @Seawolf1457. I'll share some information about the VES currency in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Currently, the VES (Venezuelan Bolibar) currency is not yet supported by QBO. You can read this article to check those currencies supported by the program: List of supported currencies.
Also, since you're unable to see the rates for the VEF (Venezuelan Bolivar Fuerte) currency we can perform some troubleshooting steps to determine if this is a browser-related issue. We can start with running your account via incognito mode since this does not store cache files that might cause odd behaviors when running web base programs. Below are the shortcut keys you can use:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari: press Command + Shift +N
Once signed in, go to the Currencies page and check if you can now see the rates for VEF. If you're able to see it, let's go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to eliminate piled-up files that might cause the issue. However, if the same thing happens, you can manually add the currency exchange rates for VEF. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon and choose All lists.
- Next, select Currencies.
- From there, look for the VEF currency and click the Edit currency exchange option.
- Choose Your rate and input the correct rate.
- Once done, select Save.
