Getting Started

I checked our system and confirmed that there is an ongoing investigation into the issue reported by users who were unable to sign up when they attempted to access the admin's invitation link.

 

While I'm unable to provide a specific time frame for when this issue will be fixed, I recommend contacting our Support Team so you can be added to the list of affected users who will receive important updates on this matter.

 

To reach them:

 

  1. Go to Help (?).
  2. Select the Search tab, then Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern, then hit Continue.
  4. Choose Chat to start a conversation with the live support.
