Getting Started

I know how important to get your account back up and running so you can get back to work.

 

Once the payment is processed, your plan will normally be reactivated shortly. But sometimes there are subscriptions that need to be manually configured by our support, especially if they require further verification or there's a system delay. 

 

That said, I recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care Team. This way, we'll be able to pull up your product in a safe session and reinstate it for you. Here's how to reach out to us:

 

  1. Click Help on the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Go to the Search tab, then click the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern in the description box.
  4. Proceed with Continue, then select your preferred way to connect.

You might also want to consider changing your QuickBooks Community username as it appears to contain your company ID, which may compromise your privacy and security.
