Getting Started

I appreciate for adding a screenshot about your concern. Allow me to chime in to help you sort this out.

 

When accepting an invite as an accountant you'll need to use the same credentials as your client especially the region and phone number, you can ask them for a phone number and two-step authentication to access the account. 

 

Once logged in, you have the choice to change the phone number to your intuit account. This way, you can easily open the account using your phone number and credentials.

 

Whenever you're ready, here's how to log into the account manager while using QBO:
 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to your Profile icon next to the Gear icon.
  3. Select Manage your Intuit Account. This opens the Intuit Account Manager. 
  4. Go to the Sign-in & security menu.
  5. Select the Phone section. 
  6. Click the Change link beside your old phone number. 
  7. Make your changes. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process
  8. When you're done, select Save.

 

To sign in to the account manager directly, visit the Intuit Account Manager Sign-in page using your QuickBooks sign-in info. Then, follow the last five steps above to complete the process.
