Since you already have a QuickBooks Online for Accountants (QBOA) subscription, you can directly access your client's company when you click the Accept Invitation button. That said, if you have more than one Intuit ID under your email address, choose the one you wish to associate with that client, and make sure the user ID you use to log into your firm.
If all the information is correct, let's try some basic troubleshooting steps to check if this is a web browser-related issue. Sometimes, the stored cache for a long period causes unusual behavior in the browser. Let me show you how.
To start, let's access your QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) account via a private/incognito window. Here are the keyboard shortcuts for opening a private/incognito window:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
If you're able to access your client's company via a private/incognito window, then we'll have to clear your regular browser cache. This way, it'll prevent unusual behavior in the browser.
If the error persists, I suggest using another supported browser.
