The helpline for support on QuickBooks India payroll is 080-3959-1100. This helpline will be operational from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Click the Gear icon > Payroll Settings.
- Click My Subscription.
- Click Unsubscribe Paybooks to expand the section.
- Click Continue.
- Click Download Data. This button must be clicked, otherwise the Unsubscribe button will stay inactive. This step ensures that you have a copy of your payroll data on your computer.
- Click Unsubscribe.
- Click Ok.
- Log out from QuickBooks Online and re-log in for the cancellation to take effect.
Note: The Employees tab will now show the original employee list that you had prior to signing up for payroll.
