I am not sure you are able to convert it directly to QBO. You may contact Odyssey for your case.

Another option, you may try to convert it by yourselves;
Use TP Exporter for Desktop to export your data: https://transactionpro.grsm.io/fl-qbd
then use TP Importer for Online to import it: https://transactionpro.grsm.io/fl-qbo
