Getting started
Thank you for taking the time to explain that to me, @Murage. We hope to have a fantastic time working with you here in the Community!
Fiat is correct. A migration tool can help you convert your data from the QBO US version to the QBO Global version for the Cayman Islands.
You can consider using a third-party app from QBO. Here are the steps if you wish to browse for a third-party app:
- Access your QuickBooks Online company.
- On the left navigational bar, go to the Apps tab.
- In the search bar, type "migration tool" as your keyword.
- Once you find the app that best suits your business needs, click the app.
- Click the Get app now button.
You can visit the Intuit App store should you want to import data using third-party applications.
Moreover, I'll also share this link where you can search articles that can serve as your reference to guide you in managing your QBO account: QuickBooks Online Help Articles.
For additional QuickBooks-related concerns, don't hesitate to post them here in the Community. We're always available and willing to lend a hand to your queries. Have a great day ahead.
