Thanks for posting in the Community! Are you trying to update your QuickBooks Online subscription payment details? If yes, you can follow these steps.
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
- Select Settings ⚙, then Account and Settings.
- Select Billing & Subscription.
- Next to your payment method, select Edit ✎.
- Select your preferred payment method and enter the necessary details.
- If paying by card or direct debit, check that your billing address is correct.
- When you're done, select Save and use.
