FFCRA and CARES Acts including the PPP
No, SmileyWithChrist. You can no longer file Form 7200.
The last day of filing for Form 7200 was last January 31, 2022.
You need to file a 941-X to claim the ERTC. It should be noted that wages used for the ERTC become a disallowed deduction for income tax purposes and require filing amended income tax returns. For more details, go to the link: https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-941-x.
You may also consider contacting our Payroll support. This way, one of our agents can pull up your account and help provide applicable payroll adjustments and detailed instructions about filing 941-X.
Also, I've added some resources you can check to learn more about payroll tax forms and questions about filing them for additional reference and a guide:
- Access payroll tax forms and tax payments
- Get answers to your payroll tax payment and filing questions
Keep on posting here if you have other payroll concerns. I'll be around to help you out some more. Take care!
