But I've tried probably 30 times (various times of day) and never reached anyone. Message is simply to call back a different day. Asked CPA to call on his "provider" line. He said their calls are no quicker right now than the business number above. The delay is a big topic on the CPA briefing conference calls. Offered tip to try on a Friday night when fewer callers. Uncertain if that's 7 or 8 p.m. Standard time. May the force be with you. This is unacceptable.
