Welcome back to Community! Locating the Payroll Forms is definitely something you'd expect to be able to access quickly as you've done many times before. QuickBooks Online provides easy access to all of the features throughout the product. I'd be happy to shine some light on this for you.
In this case, you're correct when mentioning finding the PD7A in Taxes and then Payroll Tax. However, in the newly updated Payroll Tax Centre, the Payments tab will have your tax info, history and liabilities and in Filings you'll see all forms that need to be filed. Essentially, we've cleaned things up.
As you may already be aware, QuickBooks Online has an in-product feature known as Feedback. When customers submit valuable insights and suggestions for improvements or new additions to provide the best customer experience, we listen.
