That this report is not available for prior years is a complete nuisance. I am in the exact same situation as the OP; a client needs the summary for an external audit and the CRA is currently offline for this information. For the OP: my suggestion is you run the PD7A summary report for the calendar year. It is the closest proxy to the T4 Summary report.
