I appreciate all the efforts that you've exhausted just to get this working. It seems that all the possible troubleshooting steps have already been performed by our customer representative.
At this point, I'd still recommend contacting our technical supports so we can conduct an investigation about this email issue. They'll also be able to check your previous case so you won't have to start all over again. Here's how to connect with us:
- Open QBDT, then go to the Help menu.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
- Click Contact Us at the bottom.
- Enter "Unable to email paystub" in the description box, then select Continue.
- Sign in to your Intuit account and select Continue and then Continue with my account.
- We'll email you a single-use code. Enter your code and select Continue.
- Select to chat with us or Have us call you.
In the meantime, you can manually send the paystubs outside of the program or let your employees access their pay stubs and W-2s through QuickBooks Workforce.
