RE: If you're still getting the same issue with Excel, we can run the Tool Hub to fix the crashing issue. There might be some certain report components that cause Excel to crash during the report creation process.
That is not helpful or accurate. Tool Hub cannot fix crashes caused while running code in Excel, which are not caused by or impacted by the QuickBooks program.
