I appreciate all your efforts in resolving the contractor issue, @Accountant1233. I am determined to improve your experience with our customer service. You may rest assured that your experience has been noted and will be passed on to the management team.

 

I understand that being able to duplicate employees and pay them in multiple states will benefit your business. However, adding employees who work in various locations is a product limitation in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). We do not support any workaround for this limitation because it will result in inaccurate calculations, filings, payments, and annual reporting.
