Since you’re experiencing this issue for months, I recommend reaching out to our representatives. One of our them will pull up your account in a secure manner and investigate this issue further.
- Go to the Help icon.
- Select the Search tab and click Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of your concern.
- Select either Start a chat or Get a callback.
