Same issue - it's our money yet QB sets arbitrary limits on how much we can pay and when?! I've called QB support 6 times and chatted twice, each QB "support representative" gave me a different answer to this simple question.......What is our limit per day? per week? per contractor? One "QB Support Rep" told me the limit resets every Monday, one told me it resets every 5 days, one told me it resets every 6 banking days, one told me I have no limit. 2 calls got "dropped" and two chats "ended". Still no TRUE answer to my question!!! Bottom line, QB has interfered with my business under the guise of "protecting my security". I call B-S - if QB would answer my one simple question, I could possibly find a work around but no-one in QB seems to know how this works so........who do I call, ghostbusters?
QB - train your "support" staff!!! In the meantime, someone who actually knows the answer to my question needs to reach me in writing with the answer!
