Thanks for performing the troubleshooting steps shared above, AngieCB.
Let me add some additional steps where you can adjust the alignment.
Here's how:
- Go to File > Printer Setup.
- From the Form Name drop-down, select 1099s/1096s.
- Click the Align button.
- In the Find Alignment window, adjust the Vertical and Horizontal alignment.
- Select Print Sample or the OK button.
Try to print your 1099 form and check to see if the alignment is fixed. You can also try the other solutions shared in this article: Print 3-part 1099s in QuickBooks Desktop.
