If you're still experiencing issues when entering your employees information for their W-4 forms, I'd suggest getting in touch with on of our phone support agents.

Let me guide you how:

1. From the Help menu, select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
2. You can enter Issues with entering employee's information on the W-4 forms.
3. Click Continue.
4. Select how you'll want to contact us.
