Misalignment when printing forms and other transactions can either be a QuickBooks or a printer issue. I'd like to ask if you've tried all the steps that are shared in this thread? We just want to make sure that we're not missing anything that might have resolved the issue.

After that, print a 1099 form once again to check if the forms are aligned properly.
If you're still getting the issue, I would recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support Team. They can take a closer look at this to determine what's causing the issue. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu and select Contact Us.
- Click Contact Us.
- Provide a short description of your concern, then click Continue.
- Select between Chat or Callback.
