Thanks for reaching back out to the Community. Allow me to point you in the right direction to get this resolved.
Since no of the steps worked above from my colleagues, then I suggest getting in touch with our Customer Support Team so they can further assist you. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Choose the QuickBooks Desktop Help option.
- Press the Contact Us hyperlink.
- Enter the question and hit Let's talk.
- Scroll down and select to Get a callback.
It's that easy.
