We have a reported issue here users are experiencing the "Oops! We found a problem" error message when paying tax liabilities. Our engineers are currently on the move and will roll out a fix a soon as possible.
In the meantime, you'll want to contact our support so they can pull up your account securely and help you pay the tax liabilities. They'll also add you to the list of affected users, so you'll be updated once a fix is released.
Here's how to contact one of our agents:
- Click the Help menu.
- On the list of preset options, select Talk to a human.
- When asked, enter the error message or simply type "Talk to a human" again.
- Click the I still need a human, then proceed with the Get help from a human link.
- Choose how you want to reach us.
