If the issue is still persisting after trying all of the steps listed in this thread, then I recommend speaking with our support team. They'll be able to take a deeper look to see why this is happening. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Press QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click the Contact Us hyperlink.
- Give a brief description of the problem and hit Let's talk.
- Scroll down and choose to Get a callback.
It's that easy.
