Employees and payroll

Just like ALL of the others that reply to this, NO ONE READS THE F*&^%$ QUESTION!!!!  

It is not rocket science on how to fill out the stupid form.  The question has nothing to do with the form.  The question is:

 

WHAT DO YOU PUT INTO QUICKBOOKS FOR THE EMPLOYEE...THE DOLLAR AMOUNT FROM THE FORM OR THE NUMBER OF DEPENDENTS??   For example....1 dependent OR $2000 for that one dependent.  I have an employee that has 5 dependents.  When I enter $10,000 into Quickbooks for payroll, it does not hold any federal income tax at all.  That is a problem.
