Employees and payroll

I have been on support calls for over 20 hours.  This is not my only problem since converting to QB Desktop Pro 2021.  My case number is [removed].  To answer your question, this error code occurs when I am trying to transmit my payroll.  It also occurs when I hit "send payroll data" to determine if there is a connection.  I have previously received other error messages including 2108. I have been promised call-backs from level 1 and level 2, but the calls never come or come hours later than promised, after hours.  This is obviously a pervasive QB issue.  What is the solution?
