If you've tried all the steps above and reviewed the articles about the error code, the best way to get this fixed is by contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll be able to use more advanced tools to look on the back end of your account. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Choose the QuickBooks Desktop Help option.
- Click the Contact Us hyperlink.
- Give a brief description of the issue (error code: 9000) and hit Let's Talk.
- Scroll down and select to Get a callback.
