Employees and payroll

I'm having an issue finding the Payroll Item List in QBO, too.  I need to deduct vacation hours used for someone on salary without paying them an hourly wage.  I'd like to setup a new item, but can't find the list.

 

Here's the directions you were given that don't work: 

 

  1. Go to the Settings menu. 
  2. Select Payroll Settings
  3. Under Payroll and Services, select Deductions/Contributions

 

I don't have "Payroll and Services" under the Payroll Settings menu.  Any help?
