I'm here to help you with updating the primary address on your payroll.

 

The steps provided by JamesDuanT above are how to change the work location for users subscribed to QuickBooks Online (QBO) Enhanced Payroll. For Full-Service Payroll (Core, Premium, Elite), you can modify the address by going to the employee's profile. I'll guide you how.

 

  1. Open your QBO account.
  2. Click on Payroll at the left pane, then tap on Employees.
  3. Tap on the employee's name, then go to the Employment section and select Edit or the pencil icon.
  4. From the Work location drop-down, click on New Work Location.
  5. Fill in the new address information.
  6. Hit OK, then Done.
  7. Replicate the steps for other employees.
