I’m glad you were able to get around the issue and meet the deadline.  


Adding you to the list of affected users requires the checking of your account. Since we won’t be able to do that here in the Community for security reasons, please give our Payroll Care Team a call for assistance.


They can create a case and attach it to INV-24874 to receive important updates about the investigation. When there is new information provided, an email notification will be sent to you.


Here’s how to contact phone support:
1. Go to http://payroll.intuit.com/support/contact/.
2. Select your Payroll Subscription type, then choose a topic.
3. Click on the View Contact Info button.
