Please make sure that you are login as the primary admin to process updates. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to fix it.
Here's how:
1. Access your QuickBooks account using a private/incognito browser.
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari: Command + Option + P
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
2. Clear cached and cookies.
3. Use a different browser.
