The solutions shared by my peers above can help fix the calculation of your taxes in the system. If none of these work for you, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They can run a remote viewing session to help identify the root cause of this matter and apply a fix.
To do that:
- Click on Help at the top.
- Press on QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Hit on QuickBooks Support.
- Choose your preferred way to speak with our representative.
In addition, you can always utilize this reference attached about some fixes if taxes are not calculating in QBDT: QuickBooks Desktop calculates wages and/or payroll taxes incorrectly.
