I'm glad I found this. I'm having the same issue.  Cleary they still haven't fixed this, since this was a year ago. I found a work around myself as QBO "Support" was no help at all!  You can run a Time Activity by Customer report and filter the dates needed.  I don't understand why an accounting program doesn't store all your information for the time of using the service.
