To clarify, the Payroll item list can be found under List if you're using the Desktop version of QuickBooks.
However, if you're using the Online version, you're unable to find the Payroll item list. As a workaround, you can find these items under Payroll and Service from your Settings page.
Here's how:
- Go to the Settings menu.
- Select Payroll Settings.
- Under Payroll and Services, select Deductions/Contributions.
Should you need to view or edit your employees' earnings, you can individually click each employee to make some changes. Here's how:
- Select the Payroll tab from the left menu.
- Go to the Employees tab.
- Select an employee to view the details.
